Compensation of £2,500 is to be paid by Bradford Northern Rugby League Club to the former general manager, Mr. Albert Fearnley, it was announced at an industrial tribunal hearing in Leeds today. Mr. Derek Kenningham for Mr. Fearnley, 53, of Fieldway, Clayton, Bradford, said he was happy to tell the tribunal that the matter had been resolved. The club admitted that Mr. Fearnley, who had been with Northern from 1966 until suspended last August, had been unfairly dismissed.
