Guiseley boosted their survival hopes in Division A of the Aire-Wharfe League by claiming four points in a thrilling finish at title-chasing Steeton.
Chasing 162 for seven, Steeton needed three to tie off the final ball with just one wicket remaining. Last man Alex Gledhill tried to smash the ball to the boundary but managed to collect just two runs to leave Steeton one run short of their target.
The four points were enough to push Guiseley up to fourth bottom and five points clear of the drop-zone.
Rawdon and Menston occupy the two relegation places after they collected a point apiece at the weekend from rain-affected games.
Menston's home clash with Bilton was abandoned without a ball being bowled while the clash between Burley and Rawdon petered out into a rain-affected draw.
Jamie Davey hit 72 for Rawdon as they posted a total of 155 for eight but despite David Pike cracking a useful 44, Burley settled for a draw hitting 108 for five from the 36 overs possible.
Hall Park continue to set the pace at the top of Division B as the race for promotion continues to hot up.
Kirkstall occupy the second promotion slot despite being well beaten by struggling Ilkley.
Jonathan Huhges hit 61 as Ilkley finished on 128 for nine and this proved far too much for Kirkstall who slipped to a 58-run defeat. Medium pacer Richard Simpson was in superb form to claim seven for 31 and help Ilkley claim their first win in four games.
Otley are now four points behind Kirkstall after their last pair held on to rescue two points from a losing draw at home to Tong Park.
Scott Johnson's four for 54 helped restrict Tong Park to 174 for seven and although David Brady hit 42 in the reply, it was left to the final pair to rescue vital points.
Silsden are now a point behind Otley after their clash with Calverley was abandoned while the game involving relegation-threatened Skipton was another victim of the weather.
Andy Bailey's 73 helped Harden maintain their promotion push with a 105-run defeat of Woodhouse.
Anthony Bairstow (41) and Steve Bateman (38) helped Harden achieve 216 for five while Steve Wood's four for 25 ensured Woodhouse were bowled out well adrift of their target.
Thackley remain top, however, and two points clear of Harden after a winning draw at home to Alwoodley.
Paul Mills (43) and Martin Gadd (34no) helped Thackley post a total of 190 for nine. Andrew Luxton then claimed five for 38 in reply but it was not enough to prevent Alwoodley escaping with a point as they finished on 142 for eight.
Tim Linley's four for 64 helped Horsforth claim four points from a winning draw at home to Pool Mills.
