A car stuffed with balloons won one lucky Riddlesden woman £200 of Marks and Spencer vouchers.

Sue Montague took part in a competition to guess the number of balloons in a Ford Fiesta at Manorlands Garden Party.

Burgess Ford supplied the car and filled it with balloons for the annual competition.

Mrs Montague correctly guessed that there were 143 balloons in the car and said: "I've been to the garden party in the past but this is the first time I've entered this competition and I'm amazed to have guessed correctly -- not to mention very pleased."

Tim Holdsworth, of Burgess Ford, said: "It's a bit of fun really. We charge a pound a go for a guess and all the proceeds go to Manorlands. This year we raised £200 and it's such a good cause to support."

Manorlands fundraiser Chris Bown said: "It means a lot to the charity to have the support of such a big local company like Burgess Ford."
