Baloo is back in business!
Paul Anderson (pictured) was today training with the Bulls again after nearly three months on the sidelines.
The Great Britain prop has been forced to sit out the bulk of the Super League season after breaking his arm against Halifax Blue Sox at Valley Parade in May. His recovery has been held up by complications, including a recent virus.
But now the Bulls powerhouse can put that frustration firmly behind him as he builds up towards a crack at the play-offs.
He is likely to be ready for action by the end of the month, and could return for the visit to the Jungle to play Castleford on Sunday, August 25.
Bulls assistant coach Darrel Shelford said: "Paul has been given the all-clear and he is coming back to training.
"It's going to take him a couple of weeks to be match-fit but he's just keen to get back involved with the lads again.
"His absence has given other young lads a chance to show themselves.
"Rob Parker played Friday at prop and did a good job and we had Richard Moore who stood up to it as well,
so we have got the young
fellas coming through and pushing for first-team places now.
"But Anderson coming back will give all the guys a real boost as we go into the sharp end of the season."
