Totty Construction has done a £100 million worth of work for leisure giant Whitbread.
The Bradford business, set up in 1864, was asked to build two Travel Inn Metros in Liverpool and Sheffield for the firm.
The contract, which was worth £8.1 million, was the 60th deal Totty had signed with Whitbread. The firms, which have worked together since 1995, have completed deals which have led to the creation of 2,400 hotel rooms and 50 restaurants.
Mike Parkinson, of Totty, said: "At Totty we are exceptionally proud of the relationship we have developed with Whitbread."
Richard Harris, of Whitbread, said: "Over the last seven years we have developed a very close working relationship with Totty and have found a level of consistency in their service delivery which enables us to stick to our budget and to open to the public on time."
