Shipley pool re-opened today after tests proved all facilities were clear of the bacteria which can cause Legionnaires' disease.
The pool was shut on Wednesday after the Legionella bacteria was found in a reserve water tank which supplies showers, toilets and wash basins in the complex at Alexandra Road.
Further tests were also carried out on the main tank and facilities it served.
A Bradford Council spokesman said today everything been given the all-clear today.
The tanks do not serve the swimming pool itself.
The closure came amid an outbreak of the disease in Barrow-in-Furness in Cumbria where four people have died and there are more than 120 confirmed cases of the disease.
The Council stressed there was no comparison to the situation in Barrow-in-Furness but the pool was closed as a precaution.
