Bradford boxing fans will have the chance to see Bobby Vanzie and Junior Witter in action on the same bill in the city.
British lightweight champion Vanzie was today added to the October 12 show which is already featuring light-welter king Witter.
It is bubbling up to be the biggest ringside event in Bradford for a decade although the venue has still to be finalised. Reports that the Richard Dunn Sports Centre has already been chosen have been played down as "premature".
Vanzie was due to fight on the Ricky Hatton undercard in Manchester a fortnight before, but Sky, who will be televising both, decided to split that show with Bradford.
Vanzie said: "The Hatton and Stephen Smith bill was becoming too big so they decided to chop it in half and do the rest at Bradford.
"It will be a guaranteed sell-out. People will love to see Junior and I on the same bill in our home city.
"The Bradford boxing public have been waiting for ages to see a big show in the city and now it's being sorted. I know they've got to confirm the venue but we've been told it will definitely be here.
"It puts Bradford on the map and will also bring people into the city which has to be a good thing.
"No opponent has been decided yet but I'm still hoping it will be the WBO eliminator against Antonio Mesquita. I don't want another treading-water fight."
Commonwealth and British holder Witter, from Undercliffe, has been promised a title shot.
