TOP women's soccer coach Julie Lewis is to visit Keighley on Monday - to give girls football a boost.
Julie, who is coach of the Leeds United Ladies and a member of the Centre of Excellence coaching scheme, will be taking training sessions for the Silsden Ladies club.
The normal Wednesday evening sessions are being moved to Monday evening 7-8.30 at Oakbank Sports College.
Julie is a UEFA B Licence coach and is looking to bring more variety and fun to the training sessions which are held weekly for eight to 14-year-old girls.
Silsden girls coaches are keen to encourage girls to come along to the sessions.
Kristie Reynolds said: "This is a fantastic opportunity for girls who enjoy football to come along, improve their skills, make new friends and have fun.
"We have some very promising young players attending and we are in the process of arranging some friendly matches against local teams."
