Bradford City were today celebrating the news that their future has been secured.
The club's share in the Football League has been returned, paving the way to come out of administration.
The reinstated players, whose contracts were cancelled during the financial crisis, have also been paid for the first time since April.
They have received their August wages and are likely to get their three months of backpay from the Profess-ional Footballers Association within the next few days.
City chief executive Julian Rhodes yesterday met the PFA, whose £2.7m loan has played a crucial part in keeping the club alive. The players' union had to give the all-clear as part of the creditors' deal.
Managing director Shaun Harvey said: "It is a massive relief for everybody connected with Bradford City. This has been a terrible period for all concerned but now we can all start to look forward to a brighter future."
