Guiseley veteran athlete Tony Bowman was well pleased with his medal haul in the European Masters Athletics Championships held in Potsdam.
The 65 year-old former probation officer defied a stomach muscle injury to pick up two golds and two silvers.
He won gold in the 300m hurdles and then broke the British and European Masters record to win gold in the 100 m hurdles with a time of 17.09.
Tony also picked up two silvers in the relays. He then went to Kilnsey Show and won the open handicap 100 yards.
He now looks forward to the European Indoor championships in San Sebastian.
