Five people - including a child - were taken to Airedale Hospital after a lorry collided with a bus.
The accident happened as the single-decker Volvo bus was picking up passengers in Halifax Road, Keighley, last Friday morning.
None of the injured - all passengers on the Keighley & District Travel (K&DT) vehicle - was thought to be seriously hurt.
K&DT spokesman Graham Mitchell said the Keighley-bound bus - the 697 service from Bradford, via Denholme - was stationary at the Wesley Place stop when the collision occurred, at about 9.40am.
West Yorkshire Ambulance Service said two crews had been sent to the scene, and that five people - two "walking wounded" and three stretcher cases - were taken to hospital.
K&DT said its driver had also been sent to hospital for a check-up.
