Keighley Athletic put their poor league form behind them to beat Roundel FC 3-2 and reach the last 16 of the County Sunday Trophy. They were trailing 2-1 going into the last minute and Paul Goodwin powered in an equaliser to take the game into extra time. Steve Kernan scored his second to take the lead and they keeper Heath maddocks was on top form as they survived late pressure to hold out for victory.
Keighley Juniors went out 1-0 to Rawdon FC leaving Keighley Athletic and Silsden, who went through the previous week, the district's representatives in the last 16 of the competition.
Cross Hills Reserves play Great Preston tomorrow in the Challenge Trophy after the game was postponed.
