The possibility of a Bradford & District FA Sunday Cup quarter-final between Albion Sports' 1st and 2nd XIs proved a non-starter as the second string went out at the third-round stage, 4-1 to Bolton Woods.
Kevin Woodhead's disputed spot-kick put Woods in front before Des Rouse added a second before half-time. Paul Hickey pulled a goal back for Albion and Indy Singh missed a penalty which would have brought the scores level.
