Volunteers who give up their time to help youngsters improve their reading were honoured at a special assembly at Crossflatts Primary School, near Bingley.
Certificates were presented to the children who have been part of the scheme, and their helpers who work at nearby Bradford & Bingley Building Society offices.
The school's partnership with the company began in 1998.
Employees visit the school three times a week for ten weeks. They work with pupils one-to-one to help them read from a wide range of books.
"Over the time, a friendship builds, reading skills improve and the children gain lots of confidence and self-esteem," said headteacher Hilary Craven.
"Input from the volunteers is greatly valued by the school and we look forward to it continuing for a long time."
