A signed Harry Potter poster is one of the many items which a Menston school has raffled for charity.
St Mary's School has been holding numerous events to raise money for its advent appeal, which will is aiming to benefit St Gemma's Hospice, CAFOD, Catholic Care, Kate McTigue Fund, Sail Training Association and Sport Aid.
Fundraising events include sports events, such as a sponsored basketball, netball, golf and running competitions, and raffles.
A carol concert, car washing quiz and a cake sale have also been organised
One of the raffles was for a Harry Potter poster signed by the cast, which was given to the school by year nine pupil Matthew Lewis, who plays the role of Neville Longbottom in the film.
Headteacher Mike Pyle is delighted with events this year.
"There is no better time than Advent for thinking of others less fortunate than yourself," he said.
"Every pupil and student in the school has contributed in some way. The school raises about £10,000 for charity annually and this year the Advent Appeal should raise in the region of £5,000.
"Pupils, staff and parents deserve considerable praise for their efforts."
