The Midlands and London and South East will meet in the final of the 18-Group Clubs Divisional Festival after they recorded narrow victories on the opening day at Castlecroft in Wolverhampton on Friday.
The Midlands edged out the South West 13-10 in a closely fought game.
London then came from behind to defeat the North side by 18-15.
London also came from behind to secure victory after two penalties from fly-half Luke Cousins (Northampton Saints and Eastern Counties) to one from centre Liam Duffy (Leeds Tykes and Yorkshire) gave them a 6-3 half-time lead.
The lead changed hands twice during an entertaining second-half as fly-half Iain Gordon (Leeds Tykes and Yorkshire) wriggled over for a try which Duffy improved.
Jon Pass, the London captain and blind side flanker from Crowborough and Sussex, cancelled out that score when he was driven over after the North appeared to have successfully checked an attack. Cousins added the conversion.
A second London try from replacement full-back Johan Rheader (Fullerians and Hertfordshire) after a decisive thrust from replacement lock Tom MacIntosh (Hampshire) gave them an eight point lead.
The North countered with an opportunist try from replacement scrum-half Robbie Westworth (the Prince Henry's Grammar School, Otley and Yorkshire player) and several more attacks in injury time.
