The Royal British Legion held a special double presentation evening at its Lord Street headquarters.
The evening at Hollingsroyd House was arranged as a thankyou to chairman Peter Faulkner and the Cadets who had collected most money during the poppy appeal.
Mr Faulkner was presented with a 10-year appreciation certificate acknowledging his work for the Keighley branch over the years by Mr Ken Clark, who is responsible for the Bradford District of the Royal British Legion.
The second award was presented to the cadet group that had collected the most money.
This year the Army Cadets took the honours after collecting just short of £800, beating last year's winners, the Sea Cadets, by around £300.
They were presented with an engraved shield by Poppy Organiser Wendy Holder.
