Members of Bradford Environmental Health Committee will see the controversial Black Panther film on February 9 and will then decide whether to ban it in the city. Similar action is being taken by Leeds Council and there have been moves to ban the film in Staffordshire, the setting of the Leslie Whittle murder.

Five hundred children between the ages of five and 15 will visit the Bradford pantomime Mother Goose on Saturday as guests of the Crofts Sports and Social Club. Each child will receive a gift of ice-cream and sweets.
