Crossflatts ran riot over Old House at Home. After a tight opening 15 minutes Crossflatts opened the scoring and the flood gates opened as they ran in 15 more goals.

The only good thing for Old house was Steve Buckingham got a hat-trick.

A one-sided affair saw Boltmakers Arms overpower Stocks Lane Rangers. It was 5-0 at half time and within a minute of the second half starting it was six, and with six more unanswered goals the rout was complete. Chris Glades led the way with a hat-trick. Dave Atrigg, John Kilby, John Denny and Steve Hall all scored a brace and Anthony Woolacott scored the other.

Ben Spivey of Oddfellows 2000 from the Sunday Wharfedale football league spoilt a good match when he broke an unwritten rule by scoring from a ball thrown back, after an injury.

But Horseforth St. Margaret's had the last laugh as they secured a 9-2 victory.

Tom Hitchcock led the way with four goals and Tom Liddell got a brace, while Mark Saunders, Rob Potter and Oliver Thompson all got one each. Steven Hallett got Oddfellows other goal.

Sandy Lane dashed Regent Victoria's title hopes after they had to field a depleted side due to injury and holidays and having three players suspended.

Robert Scott had an outstanding game in midfield but Sandy Lane were the better side and by half time were four goals up byt half time. The second half was more even with both teams scoring a goal each.

Richard Hibbitt (2) Dave Jasper, Steve Murray and Danny Bolton were on target for Lane and Paul Hamilton got Victoria's consolation goal.

Angel defeated Wrose Albion after Nick Davidson gave them the lead. Albion hit back, and also missed a penalty, but three quick goals from Davidson and two from Andy Malyon made it 4-1 to the Angel.

Albion put Angel under pressure and with fifteen minutes left made it two but it was Angel's day.
