Fairweather Green won their outstanding West Riding County Cup fourth-round match 4-3 against visitors Merlins from Leeds and now meet Albion Sports in Sunday's quarter-final.
After two 5-4 games earlier in the competition, Fairweather again got into difficulties after surprising Merlins with a goal in their opening attack when Paul Exley, headed home Lee Summerscales cross.
Merlins equalised from the penalty spot and with Fairweather penned in their own half went in front, only for Mick Burke to bring it back to 2-2 with a breakaway goal.
The introduction of Greg Watts in the second half gave Fair-weather extra width and the substitute scored with his first touch and then combined with Sean Dur-kin to make it 4-2. A last-minute goal from Merlins ensured an anxious finale for the home side.
Playing their first Bradford Sunday Alliance game for some time, Premier Division leaders Albion Sports took their unbeaten run to nine games with a 6-1 win over Queensbury who faded after an impressive start and a Mick Naylor goal.
Bolton Woods' Derek Rouse hit all his side's goals in their 6-0 win over Oakenshaw. Scoring his first in the 44th minute, Rouse hit five second-half goals which included a hat-trick of dribbles round the keeper.
Calverley Victoria eased their relegation worries with a 2-0 win over Bradford Moor. Sean Greaves converted a penalty after the referee spotted a handball and a second goal from Carl Tular made the game safe.
Andy Shuttleworth's introduction in the second half was the fillip Crown needed against visitors Queens. Shuttleworth scored almost immediately and Crown wrapped the game up with two own goals from Paul Gelder.
There were wins for all three teams in the Division One promotion race.
Leaders Holme Wood settled a scrappy 5-0 win at Chellow with three goals in the last ten minutes, two coming from Matthew Maszaros.
Pudsey remain four points behind Holme Wood after a 3-0 victory over Hare & Hounds. Pudsey keeper Michael Speight saved a third-minute penalty before Lee Knowles put Pudsey in front before the interval. Phil Turner and Danny Budge added second-half goals.
Dudley Hill Rangers came from a goal down against Bowling to win 4-1. The Storey brothers, Darren and Carl, scored three of the goals.
Despite being 2-0 down after 20 minutes, debutant Damien Melvin hit a hat-trick as Wibsey WMC came back to win 5-2 over Stanley Road.
In the battle of the two bottom clubs youngster Andy Atkinson's two goals helped Queensbury Reserves to a 3-0 win over Undercliffe who stay rooted to the bottom.
In Division One A, Quarry led twice through Mick Callaghan and then 3-1 with a goal from newcomer Sean Ball before succumbing to late Victoria Rangers pressure in a 4-3 defeat.
Strikers Steve Smith and Carl Yewdall both completed hat-tricks in a Waggoners 9-0 romp over Move It Removals.

Buttershaw White Star went through to the quarter-finals of the West Riding County FA Sunday Trophy after beating Queensbridge United 5-4. Andrew Butterworth scored two for Buttershaw.
