Record performance levels have created new jobs at the Keighley-based Keybury Group of security, gas and electrical companies.
Business growth saw the workforce expand by more than a quarter last year to 43 staff.
Keybury Security Systems is experiencing record demand from both the commercial and domestic customers.
Frank Gee, managing director of Keybury, said: "We have a full order book and our installation teams are working flat out to fulfil contracts for intruder, fire alarm and access control systems, with high levels of demand for CCTV systems in particular."
Keybury Gas, which supplies and installs gas appliances, and provides service and maintenance contracts, has made a major impact in the sector since it was set up in 2000.
The workforce has grown to seven, including the recent appointment of three new staff.
Peter Lalor, managing director of Keybury Gas, added: "Our progress has been impressive and shows that the Keybury Gas has filled a niche in the regional plumbing, heating and gas marketplace."
The group's electrical division Ark Electrical Services is also performing well.
John Weatherall, managing director of Ark, said: "Our core electrical business activity across the region remains extremely buoyant."
According to Frank Gee, the success of all three divisions has impacted favourably on the Keybury Group as a whole.
He explained: "Inter-company networking has brought in new business for all three group companies and we have, in effect, evolved to become a one-stop-shop for security, electrical and gas-related activity.
"This augurs well for our continuing expansion in the future."
