It's crunch time part one for the Bees tomorrow as they meet North Two East promotion rivals Sheffield at Wagon Lane.

Geoff Cooke's side trail the Steel City men by two league points with a game in hand but the Bees have a better points difference as both seek the automatic promotion place.

Former England manager Cooke said: "We hope we can win enough ball and deny Sheffield enough ball to win the match, but we are not as strong as I hoped. Prop Mark Heap is serving the first week of a two-week suspension and winger Jon-Paul Rimmington, who played really well last week, broke his hand in two places and is also out. In addition, we might also be missing Rob Woodhead in the second row.

"The good news is that we have Barry Clark in the second row after suspension. If Rob Woodhead isn't available, we will play Jon Stow or Richard Hagerty at lock."

It's crunch time also for relegation-threatened Wharfedale in National League Two. The fat lady will not be singing at the end of their home match against Newbury, but she'd definitely be tuning up if the Greens lose. Skipper Andy Hodgson is back in his favoured full back spot, Jonathan Davies moving to outside centre.

Cleckheaton, in a great position at the head of North Division One, are without both full back Alex Green and centre John Bentley for the home match with Birkenhead Park. Michael Piper becomes the last line of defence, Gary Mercer replaces Bentley and Alex Burnham starts in Piper's wing berth.

Keighley, top of Yorkshire Division Two, are without wingers Matthew Cox (unavailable) and Nigel Curr (injured), who both scored in last weekend's romp at home to Skipton. Chris Watts and Warren Knowles are their replacements at Heath.

Bradford Salem welcome back Chris Luxton on the wing after a groin strain at York RI as the Heaton club resume their chase of Hemsworth for the second promotion place. Terry Franklin reverts to scrum half and Steve Cowman returns at flanker.
