Keighley Ladies were beaten 4-0 by third placed Tadcaster Albion, but battled all the way.
They were 3-0 down at half time and the keighley side's best chance came when Amanda Nicholl beat the home side's defence and drove the ball across the box.
The goalkeeper was stranded, but the Keighley forwards could not get the final touch to slot the ball home. Late in the game they lost Jane Potter with a knee injury, but turned in a fighting performance against one of the best teams in Yorkshire and Humberside's Division One and beat them 8-0 earlier in the season.
Silsden Ladies are finding life tough in the Premier Division and are bottom of the league without a win from their 10 games so far this season.
Keighley Ladies Under-17 team lost 7-1 to Rothwell with Becky Granger scoring the Keighley side's goal.
On sunday Keighley Ladies 1st team are at home to Batteyford.
