Silsden slipped to second place in the County Amateur League after their game against Hemworth was postponed.
Brighouse took advantage to move two points clear with both clubs having played 15 games.
Steeton kept up their pressure at the top of Division One with a 9-1 demolition of Halifax Irish. Rob Henson scored four, James Gill (2) and there were further goals from Andy McClure, Adam Smith and Gavin Baluk.
Keighley Shamrocks were also on hot goal scoring form with a 7-1 victory over Dudley Hill Athletic. Adam Dyke scored a hat-trick with John Spurr, Danny Spencer, James Christian and Jack Kershaw also on target.
In the Reserve Division Steeton drew 3-3 with Hemsowrth and Silsden beat Salts 4-0.
Keighley Shamrocks went down 5-0 to Brighouse Town Reserves.
