A cleaning company which was set up in a spare bedroom in Bradford in 2000 has seen business boom.
TNO Cleaning Services, which moved into new offices on Brighouse Road in 2001, was established by Nick D'Agostino.
After leaving a large cleaning company in Leeds, Mr D'Agostino, who recently appeared on TV's The Weakest Link, decided to go it alone.
The firm, which offers contract cleaning services to individuals and businesses, has seen its turnover treble to £150,000 since it was founded.
Mr D'Agostino said the secret of his success was looking after his staff.
He explained: "If you treat your cleaners well, in return they will look after you and your clients.
"We can offer our services to the big high-rise office blocks, and to the person who rings us wanting one room cleaned in a house for one hour - the answer is always yes."
The firm, which currently employs 30 people, is looking to expand during the next year.
Mr D'Agostino said: "I want to buy my own premises in Bradford some time this year as renting is just dead money."
