A new business club is to be piloted in Bradford.
If the environmental scheme, which aims to support small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMEs), is successful it will be rolled out across the region.
The Bradford Trident business club has been formed by The Green Business Support Organisation (GBSO), Business Link West Yorkshire, Bradford Trident, Bradford Chamber of Commerce and Business in the Community (BITC) formed the Bradford club.
The club will give firms free advice on issues ranging from health and safety to environmental management systems.
Sarah Jubb, environment programme manager at BITC, said: "This new club gives businesses in the area the chance to get involved in better responsible business practise and all the associated benefits.
"By joining the club, businesses can access specialist consultancy services for free and enjoy great networking opportunities.''
