Law firm Gordons Cranswick is to quit Keighley.
The firm's Devonshire Street office will close later this year.
John Hall, senior partner, said: "As part of our strategic development we aim to consolidate our Bradford district offices within a new site in Bradford, to be effective in late summer 2003.
"This will involve closing our Keighley office, but we aim to accommodate all staff within the new combined office.
"We believe that this development will enable us to enhance our service to new and existing clients with the development of specialist teams within new office premises."
The firm recently merged with Bradford firm Sugden Spencer, which has moved its entire operation into Gordons Cranswick's Piccadilly office.
The three Sugden Spencer partners, Tony Emmott, Bill Hudson and Alyson McGowan have become partners.
Gordons Cranswick's clients include Morrisons, Peter Black, Timothy Taylor, and JCT600.
The firm, recently voted runner up as Yorkshire Law Firm of the Year at the Yorkshire Lawyer Awards, has 34 partners and nearly 200 staff.
