YOUNG Keighley-based divers led Bradford to victory in a major tournament at Plymouth last weekend.
The five members of the Bradford Esprit Diving Club brought back a clutch of medals from the Armarda Cup competition which saw over 200 divers taking part from clubs around the country.
Matthew Cowan claimed a clean sweep in the Under-16s section, winning the 1m, 3m and Highboard titles, and set new event records at 3m and highboard.
His sister 11-year-old Jenny Cowan was also on form winning the 13-and-under 5m title and coming close to the event record. She was also second at 1m and claimed ninth place on the 3m board.
Ten-year-old David Cowan made it a family treble with another clean sweep, winning at 11-and-under level on the 1m, 3m and 5m boards, setting a new 3m record in the process.
Chloe Hurd was also on form in the 11-and-under girls event where she was just 0.1-point away from the event record in the 3m was third in the 5m and fourth in the 1m event.
Twelve-year-old Elliott Collett was 7th in the 1m board, 10th in the 3m and fifth in the 5m event.
