Silsden Under-14's reached the County Cup final with a classic 3-0 victory over Tadcaster Albion.
Playing on the huge County FA headquarters pitch at Woodlesford, near Leeds, which has been used as a training ground by the England team, Andrew North opened the scoring with a superb shot from just inside the box to give the Cobbydale side a 1-0 lead at the break.
They increased their lead after 50 minutes when John Butcher released a screamer of a shot that flew into the net from 20-yards out.
Lee McGowan scored their third to complete an exciting evening for all connected with the club.
Luke Scott was named man of the match for his outstanding performance marshalling the defence and didn't miss a tackle all night. Other good performances came from Sam Dowgill, Charles Clegg, Ross Croad the 'Mr Dependable' Hamish Munro.
The final is on Tuesday April 26, at Woodlesford, with a 7.30 kick off. Already two coaches of supporters are booked to travel from Silsden and support the club's young heroes.
