Baildon RUFC yet again failed to show their true potential in playing against lowly clubs, despite beating Sheffield Oaks 21-13.
They went in front after ten minutes through a Damien Lister penalty but found themselves 7-3 down five minutes later through a converted try.
Flanler Smithies scored a try converted by Lister on the stroke of half-time to restore Baildon's deserved lead.
After conceding an early second-half penalty Lister kicked another three points, but Sheffield levelled the score with yet another penalty.
In the 70th minute Baildon regained the lead through Lister before Watson was sin binned for blatent offiside. With pressure building Lister crowned a good day going in at the corner for the final try. l Baildon's second string overturned a heavy loss at Keighley with a fine 35-0 win in the retun fixture at Baildon.
Try Scorers were Tim Yeardley, Nick Lister, Damien Person, Paddy Brown and Jason Taylor, all converted by the evrgreen Andy Whitley. The seconds have now won 18 drawn one and lost only six of their matches this season.
