Bradford & Bingley's 'hole-in-the-wall' machines are being taken over.
The bank has signed a deal with ATM operator Moneybox Corporation to manage and maintain B&B's 70 cash machines it operates across the country.
Moneybox will replace the existing machines with its own hardware and manage and maintain them.
B&B customers won't be charged for using any of the 2,100 machines in the Moneybox portfolio.
The deal is set to begin in June and is expected to be completed by September.
Moneybox already provides ATM services to the Norwich & Peterborough and Chelsea Building Societies.
Stephen Birss at Bradford & Bingley said: "Bradford & Bingley are very pleased to be working with Moneybox to develop ATM services across our branch network."
Paul Stanley, chief executive of Moneybox, said: "As the economics of operating ATMs continue to change in Europe we believe that an increasing number of financial institutions could benefit from partnerships with Moneybox."
ATMOS, the UK's largest provider of transaction management services for band, building societies and independent ATM companies, will provide Bradford & Bingley with card processing services for the ATMs.
Moneybox puts ATMs at "points of convenience", charging £1.50 per transaction.
