Oakbank badminton teams picked up two county titles when they took part int he Yorkshire Schools Championship recently.
The Under-16 mixed team reached the final after winning at Giggleswick last year and in the final they beat Westfield School, Sheffield) 6-3 and followed up with a 7-2 victory over Outwood Grange 7-2.
Both teams had county players int heir teams, but Oakbank took the title with intelligent tactical play.
The Keighley team was: Kara Harris and David Broadley, Kristina Harris and Simon Wright, Rebecca Smith and Jamie Chambers.
Oakbank's Under-16 girls team had also qualified for the finals after beating Salts and Brdford Girls in their semi-finals. In the final they beat Outwood Grange 6-1 to take the Yorkshire title.
The team was: Kristina Harris, Sophie Ogden and Rebecca Smith.
