Bradford sea anglers have called for a 50-mile exclusive fishing limit round our coast, with a total ban on trawling within three miles of the coastline. Mr E.B. Day, secretary of the Bradford Sea Angling Club, said that the trawling ban should apply particularly to the beam type, which broke up the sea bed and destroyed breeding grounds.
