Baildon were the prime movers as rain hit the SDS Bradford League for a third successive Saturday.
They beat Pudsey St Lawrence by six wickets at Jenny Lane to go joint top of the table with East Bierley.
Saints made 185 for five, being boosted by an unbroken fifth-wicket stand of 85 between skipper Iain Priestley and junior Mark Robertshaw, both batsmen finishing on 38 not out.
But no Baildon batsman failed in reply as they reached the target in 37.1 overs, skipper Simon Davies making 56, Matthew Duce 43, Paul Spragg 32, Philip Slater 22 and Craig Thornton 23 not out.
Woodlands were the only other side to win in the top flight, also triumphing by six wickets.
Their first success of the season came at home to Yeadon, who are now joint bottom. Yeadon were confined to 185 for seven, despite an opening stand of 91 between Harvey Anderson (66) and junior James Todd (43).
Grant Soames weighed in with 53 in the middle order, but they were the only three batsmen to reach double figures, spinner Chris Brice bagging four for 80.
Woodlands passed their target in 45.1 overs, mainly thanks to an unbroken fifth-wicket stand of 89 between Nick Rushworth (70 not out) and veteran Murphy Walwyn (31 not out).
Elsewhere rain ruined matches that were very much in the balance. East Bierley, for example, were 119 for four with 19 overs left chasing 232 for victory at home to Hanging Heaton.
It was a good day for spinners at South View Road with both Neil Robinson (East Bierley) and Simon Purdy (Hanging Heaton) bowling tidy spells.
Hosts Farsley needed 50 off 9.3 overs with six wickets in hand to defeat idle after a 126-run stand for the fourth wicket between Asim Munir (80 not out) and skipper Ashley Metcalfe.
Earlier Pakistani Test star Ijaz Ahmed had stamped his authority on the centenary season with 104, adding 155 for the second wicket with Mark Gilliver (54).
And Cleckheaton needed 51 off 76 balls with four wickets in hand against Spen Victoria when play stopped at Moorend.
Both opening stands topped 100 - Gharib Razak (71) and Richard Atkinson (48) put on 116 for Spen, Andrew Gale (73) and Adam Patel (48) replying with 114.
Gomersal rattled up the highest total of the season so far in the section - 286 for six at home to Undercliffe.
Former Yorkshire batsman Bradley Parker made 84, other contributors including Craig Field (47 not out) and Gareth Lee and Ian Purcell (both 40). Undercliffe were very much odds against in reply., needing 90 off 43 balls with half their side out. And Mirfield were making a good fist of their target of 265 at Pudsey Congs, being 186 for three after 40.3 overs when the heavens opened.
