The fact that there was any play at all in the league was a miracle after the amount of rain that fell on Friday and Saturday morning.
Two games reached the second innings whilst three more only managed on average 12 overs.
In the Second Division, Glusburn entertained Airedale and batting first made 165 with Alan Thornley making 32 and Alan Coney 31 as Giles Wilmore claimed 4-61. The Keighley sides reply had reached 50-2 when players and umpires decided they had had enough and stumps were drawn at 7-15pm.
Sutton, at home to Cononley, managed to reach 22 without loss when play ended.
Down in the Fourth Division, Gargrave, who were at Carleton playing Long Lee III, batted first and posted 89. Opener Robert Storr top scored with 22 as Kelvin Doane took 7-31 in 9.3 overs.
The Keighley side lost a wicket without a run on the board then progressed to 15-1 when play halted.
Elsewhere Cononley made 39-2 at home to Sutton and Glusburn were 35-1 over at Bradley when the action stopped.
Only two games, at Gargrave and Morton, managed to beat the weather on Sunday.
The other ten will now take place next Sunday May 25, as originally drawn with the exception of Thornton v Haworth which will take place at the latter's ground.
At Gargrave the home side were put in by Denholme and found runs hard to accumulate. They were dismissed in 26 overs for a lowly 42. J Wilkinson taking 5-21 off his allotted 12 overs and P Swidrack 3-12. The visitors didn't have it all their own way, losing 5 wickets reaching their target in the 24th over. Robert Storr bowled tightly to finish with 3-7 off 11 overs.
Over at Street Lane, Ingrow St John's batted first against Long Lee III and were restricted to 96 all out, with Alan Hargreaves top scoring with 39 as Razak claimed 4-16. The Keighley side put up a brave fight before going down by 23 runs. Chris Batch was the most successful bowling taking 5-14.
Denholme meet the winners of the Pendle Forest III v Oakworth whilst Ingrow St John's await the victors from the Embsay v Foulridge game.
