Tribute has been paid to a popular hotel and restaurant manager who died suddenly.
Brian Moyle died from heart failure at his East Morton home last Friday morning.
This week shocked staff and customers at the Toby Carvery - formerly the Beeches - paid tribute to the 46-year-old father-of-two.
The premises, where Mr Moyle had been general manager for about eight years, were closed last Friday as a mark of respect.
Before taking over at the Beeches, Mr Moyle was at the Airedale Heifer in Sandbeds for 11 years.
He and his wife Paulette - with their children Scott, 15, and Hannah, 12 - had just moved to a new family home at East Morton earlier this year from Castlefields, Crossflatts.
Frank Gadsdon, lodge manager at the Toby Carvery, told us: "Everyone here was shocked and devastated at the news of Brian's death. It was totally unexpected. He was a very popular and highly respected employer, friend and licensee.
"Anyone who came into contact with him liked him. Above all he was a dedicated family man, who was devoted to Paulette and the children. On the day of his death we honoured existing bookings, but otherwise were closed to the public."
Mr Moyle was born in Southport and brought up in Preston. He married Paulette, a native of Liverpool, about 20 years ago.
During his time at the Beeches - which became the Toby Carvery last year - he was a big supporter of Airedale Hospital.
To mark the Toby Carvery's first official day of trading, part of the proceeds of each meal sold was donated to the special care baby unit, raising £250.
Mr Moyle's funeral service is at St Luke's Church, East Morton, at noon today, to be followed by private cremation at Oakworth.
Mourners not going on to the crematorium following the church service are invited to gather at the Toby Carvery, to where the funeral party will return.
