Rawdon gained a narrow three runs win over Ilkley after making 195 for nine. A Thackray batted well for 53 while W Milner (39no) and opener C Munday (37) made useful contributions.
Opener B Greaves hit 73 as Ilkley challenged the total and Mike Hughes contributed 33 but Ilkley fell just short with wickets in hand.
A magnificent innings of 129 from Kirkstall opener P Irwin set his side on the victory trail in the Airedale and Wharfedale League's Ian Chappell Cup.
This showpiece for third teams saw Kirkstall produce a score of 260 for two. Irwin and J Lugg, who made 89, shared a superb first wicket stand of 231 against Green Lane.
Lane fell for 116 in reply totally overwhelmed by their opponents' score. Only J Slater with 38 showed any resistance to M Roberts (4-33) and S Watkins (3-16).
Guiseley had a narrow seven runs win overt visitors Beckwithshaw after making 157 for seven. Lincoln Wray top scored with an unbeaten 58 while Richard Harrison became the bowling hero with four for eight off ten overs.
A fine knock of 61 not out from opener Tony Lazarus helped Otley to victory over Bilton who had set a target of 140. Greg Sutherland had bowled well taking four for 13 while Greg Rogers had one for 18 off ten well controlled overs.
Lazarus then found support in David Lowen who made 32 not out.

Steeton v Guiseley, Kirkstall Educational v Knaresborough, North Leeds v Rawdon, Colling-ham v Otley. The semi-finals will be on Sunday, August 3, with the final on Bank Holiday Monday, August 25.
