Workers who went into the oil store at the Ghyll Brow works of Rolls- Royce in Barnoldswick yesterday thought they were seeing things - for looking down on them from the rafters of the building was a South American Capuchin monkey. The monkey was one of two which escaped from the zoo at the Anchor Inn, Gargrave. The other monkey was quickly caught, but the Barnoldswick one led Andrew Haworth of the Anchor Inn, Gargrave, a merry chase for over an hour-and-a-half before being lassoed.
