Brian Noble is predicting a "bash fest" as the Bulls look to keep up their chase at the top of the table.
The Bulls coach is expecting a high impact clash when he takes his players to Wilderspool for the final time.
He could be without up to five of his stars for the game as the Challenge Cup winners look to kick on from their hard-working victory over Hull.
"They have knocked us off a couple of times in recent seasons and we really have to be mentally ready for this," said Noble, whose side were victorious at the ground in their first competitive game of the season in the Challenge Cup fourth round.
"It's important we understand we will be in for a bash fest, they are tough on their own patch and they know how to play their own field.
"They have a couple of decent half backs, who make things happen, and some big uncompromising forwards. They will be disappointed at losing to Wakefield, in particular because they didn't back up their display against St Helens. So they will be looking to get back on track and it's against us and everybody plays well against Bradford."
And Noble, who has been in for some tough times as a player and a coach at the 'Zoo', believes the Bulls are in for more of the same.
"Wilderspool used to be a fortress, particularly when Paul Cullen (Warrington coach) played and it is about introducing that champion mentality and making it tough to get the points," he continued.
"We have to be very tough, like we were at Hull, where I
thought we played very hard.
A view shared by forward Jamie Peacock.
"It's always a difficult to go to Warrington and win because they play really well at home," said Peacock, who has been in exceptional form in recent weeks.
"I expect it to be a similar game to when we played them in the Challenge Cup, where we struggled in the early stages before we came away in the second half.
"It is a ground where the fans are really loud and we know we are in for a big game.
"We need to be tighter than we were last week at Hull and we must stop letting teams in for sloppy tries late in the game."
Scott Naylor is likely to return and if he does so, it will be his 250th career appearance, of which 133 have been for the Bulls.
Richard Moore and Stuart Reardon remain in the squad, despite their mid-week appearance for the Super League under-21 side, and are joined by hooker Aaron Smith.
