Police officers and brave civilians were rewarded at a ceremony at Bingley's Bankfield Hotel.
Ken Baines, of Wilsden, and Craig Midgley, of Keighley, were honoured for their roles in holding dangerous criminals until police arrived on scene.
Widow Christine Brady received an award on behalf of husband Hugh, who died from a viral infection last March.
The Keighley-based detective constable received a posthumous Divisional Commander's Certificate of Merit for his "distinguished service".
Mrs Brady, 44, said: "It was a lovely evening. It was nice that Hugh's dedication and hard work was recognised."
The late dad-of-four is set to be awarded with a special commendation for his work on a murder inquiry in Addingham near Ilkley.
PC Douglas Cain received two commendations at the ceremony for his "high level of commitment".
Superintendent Mark Whyman said the awards were a chance to honour officers who had gone "above and beyond" the call of duty and civilians who had helped in the fight against crime.
