A special fundraising night will be held on Friday in memory of TT racing stars David Jefferies and Joey Dunlop and other bikers who have lost their lives.
Music and a raffle of £1,000 of top-class biker accessories have been laid on at Sunnybank Social Club, Silsden.
Organiser Michaela Reeves, whose boyfriend Sean Jackson died during TT week in 1997, said the proceeds would be split between the TT Riders Association, the Joey Dunlop Memorial Fund, the Manx Helicopter Fund and the Auto Cycle Union. Michaela, a member of the Silsden-based Sewer Rats club, said whenever a biker was killed her own memories came flooding back.
Sean was 30 when he was hit by a car as he was running in his bike for the TT race.
Michaela said: "People know the score and know what risks they are taking - it is in your heart and in your blood. I have been round the TT course myself - not raced it - and it is fantastic. It left the hackles on the back of my neck standing up."
She said some of the proceeds would now go to the Auto Cycle Union, where David Jefferies' family asked for donations to be sent.
"David did not leave children but many riders do," she said. "That is what the TT Riders' Association is for - to help the families left behind."
David, of Baildon, was killed in May when his Suzuki 1,000cc crashed on the TT circuit. He suffered multiple injuries and died at the scene.
Northern Ireland biker Joey Dunlop - king of the TT circuit - was killed during a race in Estonia in July, 2001, leaving a wife and young family.
Biking accessories including a set of Bridgestone tyres, leather jackets, and bike accessories will be raffled during Friday's fundraiser.
Anyone who wants to contribute extra prizes can contact Michaela on 07949 050072.
The event starts at 7.30pm and admission costs £3.50.
