An annual procession of vintage commercial vehicles will travel through the district on Sunday.

All the vehicles taking part in the 35th Trans Pennine Run are buses, lorries and vans from various periods in motoring history and have to be more than 20 years old.

The run starts at 9am at the Birch Services on the M62 and goes through Rochdale, Tod-morden, Hebden Bridge and Halifax before reaching Brad-ford.

From there the vehicles will pass through Shipley and Otley before completing the run at The Stray in Harrogate at around 12.30pm.

More than 130 vehicles and their drivers will take part, 14 of which are from Bradford.

The oldest vehicle thought to be involved in the run is a Ford model T from 1923.
