The Bradford League representative side are preparing for a hectic three matches in eight days beginning with their centenary match against Yorkshire League rivals at the Scarborough Festival on Tuesday (11am).
They then play the South Yorkshire League in the Costcutter Yorkshire Leagues knockout final at Dunnington near York a week on Sunday (August 17) and, two days later, they play Yorkshire in another centenary match at Undercliffe (Tuesday August 19).
For some Bradford League players there is the novelty of playing at Scarborough's famous North Marine Road for the first time, but there is a serious side to the match which will be seen as a continuation of the traditional rivalry between the two best leagues in Yorkshire.
The last time they met, Bradford beat the Yorkshire League to lift the 2001 Yorkshire Leagues knockout trophy in a final postponed until the start of the following season because of rain.
Bradford skipper Matthew Doidge said: "I have never played at Scarborough before and I am looking forward to it. The fact that Yorkshire League players play on bigger grounds and obviously know Scarborough because they are in their league gives them a slight advantage, but we bat deeply and we have plenty of bowling options. It should be a good test."
Bradford were forced to make a late change when Undercliffe fast bowler Jaffer Nazir was called-up for the Pakistan Test squad.
The teams are allowed to play two overseas players and Bradford have replaced Nazir with Woodlands pace bowler Sarfraz Ahmed. Their other overseas player will be Pudsey Congs' match winning pace bowler Naveed Rana-ul-Hassan.
The match will be a special occasion for Bradford League chairman Graham Reid, who is a life member of the Scarborough club.
He said: "I am absolutely delighted that in our centenary year we have been invited to play at Scarborough and the best two leagues in Yorkshire should be asked to play in the festival. I just hope that the match gets the weather and the support it deserves."
The match is being sponsored by former Yorkshire chairman, Pudsey St Lawrence president Keith Moss.
