Two roofers were rescued by firefighters after getting stuck.
The men had been working on a roof in Eel Holme View Street, Beechcliffe, Keighley, when they became marooned.
A fire crew from Keighley -- called to the scene late Saturday afternoon -- used a long ladder to help them to safety.
A fire service spokesman said: "It appears they had got on to the roof through a dormer window, but when they finished working realised that because some panels had been replaced during the job, they could not get back the same way.
"They had some ladders, but those fell about four feet short of the troughing.
"They were very embarrassed by the whole thing."
