Paul Anderson today warned the Bulls: Watch out for a Hull backlash.

Shaun McRae's side travel to Odsal desperate to bounce back from three consecutive defeats and avoid being drawn into a dogfight for a play-off place.

And the giants Bulls prop declared: "Hull will be no walkover and they've got some fires in their belly at the moment.

"The likes of Paul King and Craig Greenhill are always tough opponents and they are now scrapping to stay in the top six. It will be a tough game but we just need to get the two points."

Warrington and Widnes lie just two points below Hull, with London and Castleford also hot on their heels.

As the Bulls chase an eight successive Super League victory, Anderson is hoping that their offensive game can now match the water-tight defensive display at Headingley last week.

He said: "We have been pretty awesome defensively but offensively, we can improve. We are just conscious of improving on what we did last Friday and that's something we have worked on in training this week."

Danny Gartner returns to the Bulls squad following an ankle injury. He said: "It's been a bit of a niggling problem for the last two weeks. Last week, I probably wasn't ready so we made the decision not to play but this week I'm fine and raring to go."

Brian Noble has delayed naming his side until today, although Leon Pryce (sternum) is set to be ruled out. However Karl Pratt (shoulder) may make a welcome return to the squad.

With Robbie Paul (arm) and Michael Withers (groin) long-term absentees, Scott Naylor has given Noble a boost after recovering from a dead leg, while Lesley Vainikolo (knee) should also be fit.

Stuart Fielden looks set to continue his comeback from a knee injury, following last week's impressive 40-minute display at Headingley.

Injury-hit Hull travel to Odsal aiming to avenge their controversial defeat at the KC Stadium in June.

Hull forward Richard Fletcher was dismissed following an off-the-ball incident, which proved to be the turning point of the game.
