More than 20 houses look set to be built on land in Ben Rhydding.
MS Architects, of Ripon, has applied to build 23 semi-detached and terraced homes on land to the back of Valley Drive.
A Government inspector gave outline planning permission for the development to go ahead in February after MS Architects appealed against Bradford Council's failure to make a decision.
But the plans will go before the Keighley Area Planning Panel, possibly in February, who will consider design and external appearance.
Bradford Council Planning officer Martin Burke said: "One of the key issues for residents is whether the dwellings are acceptable and their proximity to houses nearby.
"Residents will have the opportunity to look at these plans and have three weeks to give us their comments."
The 0.6-hectares of land currently has three houses on it.
