A man was beaten with sticks and bats by a gang while he sat in his car in Manningham.
The 41-year-old was sitting in his car in Barden Street, near Manningham Sports Centre, when he was approached by a number of people wielding weapons.
The man suffered head injuries in the attack and was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary where he was treated and released on the same day.
Wedding celebrations were being held at the sports centre at the time of the attack, at 2pm last Sunday, and police are keen to speak to guests at the wedding.
Witnesses or anyone with information should contact Bradford North CID on (01274) 376259.
Six men and a woman were arrested in connection with the incident and have been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
