Plans for work on the new JD Wetherspoon pub -- in Keighley's former Temperance Hall -- have been submitted to Bradford Council.
The firm is seeking approval for alterations and repairs as part of its £1.7 million development of the town-centre building.
Overall planning permission has already been given for the project and a drinks licence was granted last month.
Work is due to start in October and when the pub opens as the New Livery Company Inn next March it will offer 44 jobs.
The music-free bar will have no-smoking areas, wheelchair access and a specially-adapted toilet for customers with disabilities.
The three planning applications submitted to the council include one for illuminated signs and floodlights. Wetherspoon also wants to install a new shop front in North Street in hardwood and glass.
