Spen Valley residents are invited to a meeting of the Kirklees Overview and Scrutiny Panel for the Environment, to air views on how the council deals with abandoned vehicles.
Council officers from Environmental Services will be present at the meeting at 1pm on Thursday, August 28, in Huddersfield Town Hall to outline progress made in dealing with the problem of abandoned vehicles in the district.
The panel would like to hear the views of anyone who has experienced this problem, or who would like to comment on the approach taken by the council or other agencies in tackling abandoned vehicles.
Overview and Scrutiny enables all councillors to challenge decisions made by Kirklees Cabinet.
