BRADFORD: Three directors of a Bradford fabric and soft furnishings firm which failed with debts of £312,000 have been banned from taking part in company management for a total of ten years.
Michael and Ekaterina Austin, both 51, of Gold Country Boulevard, Gold River, Sacramento, California, USA, and Frederick Johann Potts, 58, of Hawkley, Hampshire, have given undertakings to the Insolvency Service not to hold directorships.
The disqualifications, of four years for Mr Austin and three years for Mrs Austin and Mr Potts, follow problems at the Byworth Fabric Warehouse, which operated from Cemetery Road, Bradford, between 1995 and 2001.
Byworth was placed into voluntary liquidation on June 28, 2001, owing its creditors £312,603.
